If you own a domain name but do not want to use it for a period of time you can park it with us at nkmoller.com and thus keep it reserved for your future use.
When you park your domain name with us there are several options to choose from. You can keep your current registrar and ISP and let us take care of the practical administration through your domain's control panel. We can transfer your domain to our registrar and take over the administration while you continue as the registered owner. Or you transfer both official ownership and all administration to us and we do all it takes to keep it reserved for you until you need it or decide to dispose of it.
We charge you US Dollars 25,- per year for this service. Minimum charge is for one year. For this we point your web address (URL) to a page informing of the parked status, we handle the administrative email mailbox and take care of normal administrative tasks. When we transfer your domain to our registrar we will include the yearly ownership fee in our once-a-year invoice to you. If you chose to keep your current registrar and ISP you might have to pay the yearly ownership fee directly to them.
Any work exceeding normal administrative handling will be charged you by normal rates. Any additional external costs - including any legal fees - will be your liability to cover.
